USPS Priority Mail (2-3 Business Days) 

**Note that the time in transit does not include the time that customs takes to release the order.

Processing Time:

Please allow 1-2 business days processing time for your order to be shipped. During the High Season orders can experience delays to be processed.

All delivery times are estimates. EYELOVET COSMETICS is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.

Refused Packages:

In case of refuse packages, the shipping and handling fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout and will be subtracted from any refund.

United States Postal Service (USPS)

USPS is required for all deliveries to PO Boxes and military addresses. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost or stolen packages shipped via USPS.

In case of delays or any situation with your delivery please contact the carrier and filled a claim. EYELOVET COSMETICS is not responsible for any lost, stolen or delay packages.
